Susan Nunamaker is an Upstate, SC native who is passionate about serving the community. She graduated from Clemson University with a degree in accounting and served as a financial analyst in Charleston, SC before becoming an award-winning teacher certified by the prestigious National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. Susan now shares her local knowledge and experience with clients as the Broker-In-Charge of Posh Properties Realty Group.

Susan’s absolute favorite thing to do is to coach others as they work toward success in life, which is why teaching and real estate go hand-in-hand for her. She has gone above and beyond the typical Realtor training by obtaining certifications in Professional Home Staging, Luxury Homes, Home Finance, and Resort & Second Home Properties through the National Association of Realtors. Dr. Nunamaker is a trusted name in the community, and she looks forward to advocating for your success throughout your next real estate transaction!
